Activated Di-Char — Soil Rescue Remedy

Struggling with nutrient-poor, worn-out and lifeless soil? Activated Di-Char is an all-natural rescue remedy that rapidly rebuilds a healthy soil ecosystem to help your plants thrive.

Made from 100% recycled materials, Activated Di-Char combines two powerful ingredients, both using ‘waste’ products diverted from landfill:

  • Carbon-rich Biochar is made from sustainably sourced Australian nut shells, a waste product of the nut industry.
  • Activated ‘digestate’ is the all-natural organic solids left over from our fermentation process turning food waste into rich plant food.

This unique Australian-made blend creates the perfect conditions to restore soil life, fast.

  • Biochar’s porous surface creates a rich habitat for beneficial soil organisms.
  • Digestate is activated with billions of live beneficial microbes.
  • Digestate is also high in organic matter – the food beneficial bacteria, fungi, worms and other underground microorganisms need to quickly multiply.

Suitable for all soil and plant types, Activated Di-Char is especially useful for improving poor and depleted soils. Recommended when establishing new garden beds or growing in heavy clay, compacted soils, sandy soils that don’t hold water, or soils that have become hydrophobic.

Activated Di-Char also helps to:

  • Enhance soil structure, helping with aeration, water retention and root growth.
  • Rapidly increase organic matter in your soil, improving plant health, growth rates and disease resistance.
  • Deliver readily absorbable all-natural nutrients to all plant types, reducing your reliance on fertilsers.
  • Trap and hold water, saving on watering.
  • Increase soil fertility, pH balance and nutrient retention, while reducing soil acidity.
